If your item arrives damaged/in-operable we'll replace it with no cost to you, by collecting it and redelivering a new one on a mutually convenient day.

A wealth of components / spare parts for this product is on hand if you need anything after the 12 month period. The goods must be received in the condition they were sent and in the original packaging.
